Lots of reviews out there but what's the local .02? How much, and where did you get it?
I have a Landmann smoker on the way, and this is next on the list.

We used the Maverick ET-73 for years before we graduated to the ET-732. No complaints and they keep working after years of abuse.

Hey thanks for the replies and the link. Although looking for something less expensive, after checking all the online reviews the 732 does look like the way to go. How long are the probe wires? (something missing on every spec I've read). And can I find one locally, or is online the best?

The stock ET-732 unit comes with flex-cables/probes which are 36 inches long. Those work ok, but that's too short for some applications, so you can buy replacement cables which are 6 feet long if you need them.
