AZ BBQ Outfitter Trailer Mounted PIT

This is the first of a series of trailer mounted pits we are building. The pit will have a Vertical Offset Smoker and  48 x 30 Santa Maria Grill. Grill is 15 inches deep. Man this pit has been a fun build and turning out better than I envisioned. Will take up a very small footprint and will pack a punch when catering or at a BBQ event.

Awesome build.  I really like the fact that there is a Santa Maria built in to that cooker.  Solid!!

On the final stretch. Needs paint and wiring for the lights. Lots of cooking space. Can't wait to see how it tows.

I have not finished pricing it out but I can say that I have not spared any expense.  I would estimate 3500 to 4200.

Here is a final picture.  8) Love it when it is painted and looking all shiny. I have teamed up with KHIT 107.5 for their   mansgiving. Its a steak competition cook. My tail gate pit will be one of the prizes. Free weekend rental.

I am selling this pit for 4250.00. If you are interested in building your own let me know.  I can make you a kit you will save big in labor, but after you build it you will understand the labor involved. This pit is for rent at 80 a day min two day rental Price can be negotiated for longer rental over 3 days. I did run it over the weekend and it performed very nice. We used to amoker to keep buns and beans warm.  The grill was awesome. Due to the drop down front face it was like standings in front of a open fire stayed very warm while Cooking. We are sponsoring mansgiving  Steak comp by Khit 107.5 built  5 48 x 24 grills, they will be used once then 4 will be offered as demo units at a discounted price at 750.00.
