That is pretty cool.  My FIL is a retired Airline Captain, I bet he would like that.  But that thing is HUGE.

Nothing wrong with the size at all as far as I am concerned.  I guess it is huge compared to bullet smokers......  Not to big for us stick burners.  Just right.

If you are catering, it is great.  If you are doing 1 rack and 1 pork butt for the family, well it might be a little big for the job.

I can drive a finish nail with a sledge hammer, but there are better tools available.  That is why I like to have choices in my arensal.   ;D

The renegade is Ritch's personal rig. Used for comps, catering, and one of the first times it was used was at the astrodome during Katrina where Ritch, along with Bill Cannon volunteered time and product to feed 10,000 people. He has a much smaller upright smoker in his backyard.

I still have my original offset smoker...  Just doesn't get used much anymore..  Whenever people find out I am going to BBQ, they usally ending hanging around for food, or drop stuff to get cooked.  Doesn't bother me as it takes the same amount of wood to cook a little as it does a lot.  Plus, I usally get all my drinks for free.  Not a bad deal if you ask me......

Very Cool!

Would have to find someone to airbrush the bird though.  Needs detail.

You are right Dean, it does need some detail.  Not Just ghostly white, but it was cool to see them Make the plane.
