That's not BBQ...that's grillin! Put that cart in a smoker for about 19 hours and see what she looks like then! :)

It sure does.  Don't skimp when it comes to getting the right equipment.   I tried it with one of these (http://www.made-in-china.com/image/2f0j00MCvQLeKGhIbfM/Plastic-Shop-Cart-Shop-Trolley.jpg) and it did not go well at all.

I don't think the plastis carts would hold up very well.
