Cool concept!

I once played around with using a two-drawer file cabinet. Heat in the bottom. Meat in the top.

Oven..... I would think that would really hold heat well. Can't wait to find out how good it cooks.

this holds heat very well 15 hour burn time on 3# lump charcoal
