The company I bought the smoker from is http://www.easttexassmokercompany.com and I thought the deal went well.  Clint is the owner and he's very good about keeping you posted through the process.
As far as putting a system together for the Diamond Plate smokers, I haven't really thought about that but I'd be happy to offer my consulting and cheapskate deal finding services   Shoot me an email if you want some additional details/photos of the system I put together.

No Problem.  Just have a crane mounted to your roof.   I'm sure the neighbors won't mind.

Thanks goodness I have a few acres!  Plenty of room for future smokers...oh and if anyone needs smoker storage...well I'm just saying.

I've actually thought about selling my house, I'll get jack sh!t for it but on the other end I'll buy another for jack sh!t too...I never thought coming from a 1500 sq. ft. house in Chicago that I'd ever fill a 2600 sq. ft. house in Phoenix.  I was wrong

Ya prob'ly made a few bucks on the deal on top of it all, huh? My sis lives in Carol Stream, worked her way over there from Evanston/Oak Park/ Hanover Park. Gettin' about that time of year to call relatives and ask how the weather is from sittin' by the pool... 

Added content: If you're considering competition, there are spots left in the QN4U class. Sounds like a neat deal--I don't even have 2 Washingtons to rub together, or I'd consider tagging along with someone...
