this is a link to my rig 101 while being built! http://www.thechefinstead.ca/custom-welding-kelowna.html

I have added a few more feature over the last 3 years.

this is a picture of the rig now, which include an upright directly next to teh fire box with a guillotine closing door. It works great! I also added a stainless box on top of my fire box for hot water anywhere I go with a tap going on the side where the bin for wood is so I can have my 3 sinks system for dishes!

all in all this rig works as good as an OFF SET fire box rig can work. I am not sure I would do it again, but it is a very compact unit which I need it. I can cook 34 whole chickens at once, 18 pork butts so a good side my use!

Great looking rig there.  That's the great thing about BBQ Rigs, I love them all.  Most guys do, heck, ask Jay.  How many does he have now?  25?

Hope to see it in person soon at one of our great events..

This is my shorty!

I pimped out a Coleman Deluxe Smoker bullet style device:

it work well but I can see why it did not become as popular as the Weber bullet... it lacks of ventilation at the bottom! I had to increase the air flow by adding some wholes.:lamp:

it works well now   ;D

I have previously declared my lustful feelings for your Q Trailer in a different post. To do so again would be Bacchanalian of me. (in my mind)

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
