you know, I do love this little smoker, but it's not big enough to do most anything, so I use it sparingly for small things like a small party, or for the family. The biggest cook I ever did was a bone in turkey breast ( a turkey with no wings, thighs or legs.) it was pretty smal ut I managed it. It's the first smoker I ever bought and my dad can't wait for me to give it to him. LOL

I have an electric ECB I bought at a Fry's Food Store. It was on closeout for $20. I've used it (only a time or two) as a charcoal cooker because it kept blowing the circuit breaker. :o But all in all it was probably worth it since it came with two grills and a water pan for my regular ECB (which I hardly ever use). All in all, I probably have a dozen ways to smoke meat, but I know I'm not alone suffering with "cooker collection addition." How many do you all have?

I love it!!

I have one of those, I haven't used mine as a smoker. It gets used as a roaster or to make up baked potatoes and also a serving dish for the bbq at potlucks.

I dissed it in another thread, but I was only joking. It looks pretty neat. About the size of a crock pot? It'd come in handy to give to people who par-boil ribs... ???  :-X

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

oh, I joke like that all the time and I can see a jab.  ;)

and if someone parboils... well.. their loss, this thing makes killer ribs, though.
