Title: Petesque smoker
Post by: petesque on August 14, 2010, 11:19:32 am
Built this smoker a couple years ago. I am always getting requests to cook and if I don't want anyone inviting themselves then I have to do it secret or it turns into a party. The link has me construction photos and we did a whole pig stuffed with corish hens italian sausage and veggies.

My family has been using the concrete tubes for years. We all have them in our yards.(a benefit of having family that does road construction) This is the first time I had seen one integrated into a patio area. It looks great. I have always used this method and just started smoking meat in a above ground conventional smoker this year.
