Post by: Mike (AZBarbeque) on September 28, 2005, 09:28:05 pm
Ok, here is a unit we are thinking about carrying in our stock.

Let us know what you think... It's very High Tech...

i really like the duel level cooking surface.  perfect for heating bread from the soup kitchen while the rat cooks

I noticed that the wheels have been removed.

Was this for safety or so it will be harder to steal?  These units tend to "walk off" in some areas.

Using an Overclocked PC may be a better option.

That's actually a pretty nice unit.

I like the sink, but do think they just put some containers below it to catch the water?  Where does the water come from too?

Nice concept though.

hehe. not sure I can ask though. I think that is a bandit premere pit you are talking about. The one I was refering too was the ones in pictures #10-12, on has a dog in the picture, and there is a carbboard box in front that says gator backyard budget classic.
Those pictures were of Qfest II outside of Houston area. They went Krietz meatmarket, and I dont remeber the other 2 places they checked out. The rest was a campout on Bill's land. Missed it, but we are going to next one in November. It is the texasbbqrub.com forum that hosted and attended.

I think that was Q-Fest 2005 pictures you posted. I was fortunate enough to be allowed to come to Q-Fest 2006. Couldnt have a better time.
