I had FAT BOYZ CUSTOM BBQ in Colton CA build it for me. It's a reverse flow offset smoker. the cooking chamber is 6' long with 4 pull out racks, and fire box is 2'x3' will post some action pics this weekend 8)

Hi Richard,

the red clamp on each door, are they to keep the shot during cooking or for traveling??

It looks like mine so I am very curious to see how the air flow... please let us know in details how your cooking trial goes?

Yes the clamps are there to keep the doors from clanging when in tow. It will be my first time useing a reverse flow smoker so i'll see how it goes 8)

Richard,
     I have a 5ft X 20inch air tank that I am considering for a number of applications as a cooker of some sort.  A couple of questions....can the chamber be used for grilling with direct heat, when not smoking, and how is the reverse flow working.
