Title: My New Rig
Post by: RangerJurena on February 14, 2011, 05:44:27 pm
Here is my Pitmaker Trailer.  The vault was a demo unit that they allowed me to cook on before purchase.  They built me a new trailer and and I added an extra storage box with stainless steel prep table. I also have it wired with 3 electrical outlets, one on each side and one in the large storage box.  It is a metallic black.

Awesome, all that extra space on the trailer will come in handy....

Will get some cooking pics this weekend.  My next comp is in March and I will be practicing quite a bit until then.

It holds quite a bit of chow, its designed to hold two catering pan per rack and there are 5 racks.  You could easily do 10 briskets inside or 15 racks of ribs or 20 half chickens.

Got busy cooking on Saturday and forgot to take inside pictures.
