Well, It looks great!!! Have you cooked with it yet?? Did it make a difference??
I have Friday just a small a pork loin.
Mainly a test for the fire box, I will be doing a pork butt & brisket this weekend.
I did notice it took a lot lest wood and lump coal to get it up to temp.
Once there it held temp longer with less wood.
Could touch the outside of the fire box too could not do that before.
