I don't feel bad about my collection at all now.  Actually, I feel rather insignificant...

Takes the guilt out of my next purchase, I have a long ways to go to catch up.

I got that chuckwagon at a killer price.. Plus I still have my 2 small smokers.. I think I am starting a nice collection.

I don't eat vegetables. The meat I eat, eats vegetables.

We floated 5 across the Pacific when we moved and have since added 5 more.  Variety is the spice of life.

The only real problem is, what to cook and on what! Before the bigger stock pot comes the XL BGE. To bad I couldn't pick up the one that David had for sale. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with family and friends.

The hardest thing about smoking meat is keeping it lit.

And if you're running low on space, I could store some of that stuff over here. A BGE, since you have 3, for starters...

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

1st step is admitting you have a problem!!  ;D

There is no problem here, the man just knows what he wants.

It is a disease without need of a cure! I am glad to see I am not the only one afflicted as it looks normal to me! ;)
Nice collection!
