Title: Finally got our new trailer In for the rotisserie
Post by: Buzzards Circle N on May 25, 2011, 08:07:28 pm
Well it took forever but we finally received our trailer in and just started to mount the smoker on it , we just need to order some big ole decals to spice it up!

We had to have it beefed up a bit now its built like a brick outhouse with re-enforced steel beams! So far we are pretty happy with it,

Take a look

Sweet looking rig.  What's the overall length of it?  Who did it for you??

Post some pictures of it in action when you get them.

Good Luck & many Happy Smokes with it..  ;)

Very, very nice!

Now all you might need is a colorful team wrap on it like Jim did on his Two Dips trailer. Slick setup.

Does anyone know of a good reasonable person that does wraps and or decals? This would be the next step >>

We are cooking for the Moose lodge tonight I will post pictures later!

Allot of whole Chicken , Baked Beans, Tortillas, Blueberry cake and Tater Salad!

Nice Trailer! I have been looking for someone to design and wrap a couple trailers too without much success. When you find someone reasonable maybe we work them together for a package deal for three trailers. Let me know what you find and I'll let you know if I find someone reasonable. One outfit, Blue Media, quoted me $600 for the design and 5-6 thousand for each wrap. That seemed a lot high to me.

Don't know about design and wrapping, but Danny can design some freaking amazing cookers.  Met him and his wife at the QN4U class a few years ago and he had a sweet set up.

Well after the first few times using the rig the trailer was starting to bend so I upgraded and added another axle, we also added  a big grill and a new Small smoker for doing smaller cooks, its a "Good One" from BBQ Island it has been a great addition they hold heat and cook pretty well.

here is some pictures of the up grades,

Yep, as a matter of fact we do. We sent out bids to about a dozen wrap companies and found one that beat everyone else by a substantial amount and gave us a even bigger discount for cash. We couldn't believe the markup in this business and how prices vary from company to company. Wrap came out great and they'll either come to you or you can go to them.
Talk to Mark @ Graphic Factory, http://www.graphicwraps.com/ and tell him Jim from Two Dips sent you.

what do you need to pull this monster... it must weight 10,000lb?
look awesome... assuming you do catering with this kind of set up, it look a bit overkill for contest ;D
