I was given a old rotesseri, I added a new cord and mounted it inside my offest.  I recently bought a ProQ, and my offset was feeling left out.  So I figured it would be perfect for non dierct roasting of chickens and such.  Going to try it out tomorrow.

Hmmm. That offset looks suspiciously like a Brinkmann SnP Professional. Nice addition! I'd do that in a heartbeat! Where'd you get a yard long rotisserie?

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

I like the idea as well. How did you mount it especially on the firebox side??
