One not on there is bacon jam which I have made a few times and tried it as a base for a bbq sauce. I used the sauce at a cookoff...didn't walk, but The next week I sold a case of 15 jars to one guy who stopped by for his peoples choice sample.

Yes makes me think about putting bacon in my Cheerios as a kid.
