This is off the top of my head so you might want to sample as you add stuff each time to check for balance!-----1-# 10 can ketsup,1 cup fav.dry rub, 2-3 cups brown suger,1 cup worcestershire sauce,1 cup louisiana hot sauce, 1 cup pinneapple juice, 1 med. onion diced very small.-saute onion till soft then add all other ingredients and cook on med 1 hour stir frequently! Good luck and let me know if you like it! p.s. add brown suger one cup at a time untill you have the amount of sweetness that you like! I came up with this recipe on the spur of the moment at a contest 4 years ago when i realized at the last moment that we left our bottled sauce at home! If you need to thin out after cooking for a while just add water!

Thanks Pat, I'm looking forward to trying this one. All the other recipes  I've tried have been a little too tart for what I'm looking for. And that recipe you sent, ketchup is that 10? and bottle or can. Please excuse my dumb questions. And I'll be contacting you on that pulled pork

Find yourself a good base sauce and add agave nectar to it.  Shoot for agave nectar that has the highest concentration of fructose in it.  80-90% fructose should work well.
