Title: Little help for the new guy

I would like to have a rub that hits you in mouth then gives you a sweet kiss to say I'm sorry.can I find that in one rub or do I need to layer hot then sweet.. Any help would be much appreciated

I have used the swimmin  in smoke products and can vouch to their quality.  You need to try some of them then if you find you want to adjust something then play around on your own.  You can't go wrong trying this line though and I hope you get as addicted to BBQ as the rest of us are.  :)

Mike from Swimming in Smoke has some very good products and he is from Queen Creek keep it local.

Swimmin in Smoke hs some fantastic rubs. I have used both the hot and regular, you won't be disappointed.

Using other rubs are all good but I find creating my own is way more enjoyable then using other products.  That way you can kind of create just what you want..  But that is just me..
