I've eaten at her restaurant in Savannah a couple of times and I'll tell you, that Gal can cook. I would imagine her rub to be equally well conceived.

I love looking for oddball stuff at Big Lots. I remember two of my more peculiar finds: Phyllis Diller Pork & Beans and Alabama (the band) canned jambalaya.
