I have a friend who has lost around 250 pounds and all she has been eating is chicken. She has trouble getting the sauce to stay on the chicken when she cooks it.. Any idea's on how to keep the sauce on.. keeping it low fat of course
Thanks

It will stick better if she has skinned the chicken before applying it. She also saves taking in the calories that are in the skin.

Blues Hog available at BBQ Island is a very sticky sauce.

2 methods I have used.
1: score the chicken in a crossing pattern. the sauce will 'hold' to the marks.
2: Apply the sauce in layers. Each layer builds apon the one before it. Of course let the sauce ' set' between applications.
