I gathered and transcribed a mess of rub recipes I have, converted them all into metric for ease of portioning, made them all roughly 2 1/4 cups worth, and figgered out the percentage of ingrediments--the opposite of condients, of course. Just for something to do. I was thinking of figuring out the graphing functions of Excel, but I'll save that for another day. My basis for conversion was 240 ml/cup, 15 ml/tblspoon.
Well, now. Can't attach spreadsheets. If anyone wants a copy for the heck of it, lemme know. I've got 2 from Mike Mills, one from Dr. BBQ, one from Raichlen's Rub/Sauce book, one from Smoke & Spice, and a bunch from here and other on line sources.
