Wow, who writes these things! Tabasco, "Chemical-like taste." "Very vinegary." "Oddly sour." It is aged red peppers and vinegar, what did they expect?
The best wing sauce to me is 33% Tabasco, 33% Louisiana or Franks Hot sauce, 33% butter and 1% hint of your favorite Tarragon or Sage Spice to fit your favorite flavor. I am hungry now!
