Hi Mike I received an application for the event in wickenburg Guys who grill. Is that going to be a 4 meat comp?

  It's not a traditional 4 meat comp.  I'll post up more info soon.

Nice job on the Holiday menu Michael. I'm so tired of the Holidays already Jeri Lynn & I are going to the Dunes for the week. Me thinks me order the Ultimate BBQ  packed cold and we e-heat at the Dunes. I'll be in touch when it gets closer

On Friday evening of the event, my wife and I were devastated by a family tragedy.  Mike and a small Army of volunteers helped us strike our site so we could get home that evening.  The support, prayers and help we received are deeply appreciated and beyond anything we could've imagined.  We are deeply thankful to all who helped us get on the road, provided comfort and financial support.

Welcome, Please Introduce Yourself / New guy from San Tan Valley

Hello all and thanks for the add. We have been smoking for over 30 years for just our own family and friends. We have two wood smokers. A custom reverse flow, and another custom on a trailer that we take to friends houses. Would love to test the waters in a competition, just for the experience. I actually work in Florence and will be wandering around the competition for the next couple days.

We look forward to talking and hopefully meeting some of you in the near future. Oh, and if you are wondering about our name, we are avid boaters and have a 36' boat on Saguaro if any of you are also water nuts!

Hi John,
The Ribfest entry form and the temporary food vendor application available on the Puny John's website both list the wrong date for the event. They show 9/11/21 instead of 12/11/21.
Is there any info available about the utilities that would be available to us? Power? Water?
