when can you or when do you add bbq sauce to baby back pork ribs and or pork butt for pulled pork.? Maye it doesnt need but I was told by the pitmaster its what I like. Just asking for some help.

Thank everyone

Kyle In Tucson

I marinate my pork in a light barbecue sauce for about thirty minutes before grilling the pork in the oven for one hpur. halfway through the grilling i take out the prok and rub it more barbecue sauce to replace the one that drips off during cooking. Also, collect the drippings in the oven and use it on your pork while serving. Nothing goes to waste.
Thanks Mike!

I have a NEW, never used Daniel Boone smoker with the WI-FI feature, warming rack, and cover for sale,

The Daniel Boone WiFi Model comes with a digital WiFi controller (control and monitor through our iOS orAndroid mobile application), a meat probe, a peaked lid for stand-up chicken/ large fowl/ rib racks, a convenience tray with utensil hooks, hard rubber tires and a venturi-style firebox for cyclone combustion. When it gets cold outside, it kicks the grill into Turbo mode so you don't have to wait long for the grill to heat up! Other features include a positive pressure hopper fan to prevent burn-back, "fan only" mode with automatic shut-off to blow ash out of the firebox after you finish grilling, a 27X16 (Approx 432 sq. in.) stainless steel grate, and 13.5" clearance inside.
