Title: We need a Pro Q Section on the Board.
Post by: SlantedBBQ on May 09, 2009, 08:02:25 am
We need a Pro Q Section on  the Board. As the weeks go on and the people on this forum purchase more of the Pro Q smokers we will need our own section. There is such a great deal out there on these things the BBQ community will soon be saturated. I see we have a weber section and a uds but not a ProQ section. I have also notice differences bettween the Excel 20s them selves so I think it would be beneficial to everyone. And I also believe they are a board sponsor. Thanks.

This addition to the forum was a freaking awesome suggestion Michael.

We just did an Excel 20 chicken practice and will post about it shortly.

I can relate to that. I was searching the web yesterday for information on these and, other than the Pro Q forum and here, there isn't much help available yet.

So there'll be an SNP section, too? Today's my first real, long cook on it, and I think I've nearly got the temp/fuel consumption thing down after twelve hours.
