There is a notice about this on the ProQ UK website:

http://proq.forumotion.com/proq-bbq-smokers-f25/urgent-notice-t377.htm

It says to send an email, and pictures, if you have them, to  ian@probbq.co.uk

I heard from Ian last week.  He said that the old legs were failing (mainly) due to improper installation by the buyer.  We have cooked on the old legs several times without any incident.

I'm glad to hear about this now instead of after I start cooking on the Pro Q. When I put my new one together I'll make some mods to the bolts/screws that hold the legs on and be good to go.
