Title: Pulte Event/Pro Q question
Post by: Crash on November 07, 2009, 11:50:48 pm
I was just wondering what teams will be cooking on a Pro Q at this Cookoff?  If you are, which Pro Q cooker are you cooking on?

We'll be cooking two meat categories, both on our Excel 20s.

Chicken is all my wife will let me say. Last comp was freezing with the wind blowing. So perfecting our timing today with normal weather, of course supposed to be around 55 Sat AM so this might be pointless!!! Enjoying the last of our 90 degree weather this weekend in Havasu ;D

My plans are to do butts on the ProQ then once done and off to a cooler take a section out and cook chicken.  Brisket and ribs go on the big WSM.  I sure hope it works lol!!   :D

We'll have two. Mine was a hit at the dunes, by the way. Made some BB ribs and ABT's. Everyone loved them. I probably could have sold a few Excel 20's there. Rinsed the sand off as soon as I got back, and re-reasoning her with some more ABT's tonight.
