AMEN JOHNNY, Like i always say- "wer'e all here cause wer'e not all there!" Anyway i honestly believe that no matter what you cook on, you can produce great bbq once you learn about your particular pit and it's quirks! And out of respect for all of us we can kid all we want but be careful about stepping over the line concerning others pits, technique,meat, rubs, etc! I too have felt slighted or disrespected in the past at a contest but thats in the past and i choose to move on- cause life's way to short!!! let's enjoy the good times while they last!
