Pork cook went well today.

This was one of the better butts we...errrrr....Lisa has made.

Now, I'm off to the store to get Cole Slaw ingredients.

If God wanted us to be Vegetarians, why did he make animals out of meat??

Flavor was delicious and was almost where it needed to be.  We didnt sauce or add anything to it after pulling, just went with what came off the cooker.  I'd say we're about 90% there, and I'm probably 100% wrong.   :)

On a side note, the E20 is still at 220 at 10 pm and hasnt had a thing on it in about 6 hours........we did only use one stacker though.

Looks Great! Yeah, I think I'm getting the temp. down for the E20... Had some problems at first but have been holding steady around 220-250 each fire.
