I'm finally cooking on my new Pro Q Exel 20. Got it put together today and seasoned with K and hickory. Now there's an 8# pork but chuggin away and more goodies to follow tomorrow.

I know it wouldn't let me post any pictures with Famous Daves in it for some reason. Weird...

Finally got the picture problem solved. Fired up for the first time and getting ready for burgers.



I put an 8# pork butt on at 8 pm last night.. More pron to follow.

I promised more pics so here goes....
The 21 hour butt. Sprayed and foiled at 167 then brought to an internal of 200 and then coolered until back around 160.




And Mrs. Bo's 4th of July cake. It has become a tradition in our house.
