Hey Ian, welcome back to the site.  Hope all is going well for you..  Hope to see you online here more...

Thanks Mike!
Finally have a bit of time to spend with the guys on the forums.
Looks like we have quite a few people using the ProQ's on here now, wish things had turned out differently with our distributor over there (the world's economic situation hasn't helped), but once things settle down we'll look at the market seriously again.
As Mike said, we are able to ship the Cold Smoke Generator direct from here... does it ever get cold enough in AZ?

Well, with a tea candle, it just might get cold enough.  (If you do your smoking in the dark, and the dead of {yeah, 60 degrees F} winter.)

Ian, I've gotten a ProQ, third hand.  Let's just say, I'm impressed!  One of my brothers has one, and I fell in love with the build and ability to control stuff.  (Since I'm coming from a Weber kettle, and a Brinkmann with no vent controls, you know where I'm coming from.)  Great smoker!

Currently cooking with a newly built UDS,(thanks to Skouson, my brother) which is my current best smoker.  I've also got a Weber Performer, also from Sterling.  My brothers think I'm CRAZY.  (Strangely, they're right.)

Thanks Steve!
High praise indeed.
Just an update for everyone, we are busy negotiating with a possible distributor, so hopefully we can get the US market for our products up and running again. Will keep you all informed.

I probably could have sold five Excel 20's at the dunes the other week. Actually, they sell themselves.
