Well it showed up yesterday and it is very nice and BIG.
I bought it on EBAY and the price was very reasonable.
What can you guys tell me on how to use this sucker?
a. How much charcoal for say a 6 hour cook?
b. Arrangement of lit coal and unlit?
c. Use of water pan, does it hold down temp a lot?
I have an apple orchard so apple wood is not a problem and some hickory in the back yard.
Anything to help a noob out
