So I wanted wings today.  Cleaned the Pro Q and started up the chimmney.  Couple of things I am doing different.  I am trying the red bag of competition charcol.  We will see how it works.  I am playing with a new rub and I have never smoked wings before.  This could be really good or a disaster.  LOL  Only time will tell.

I am thinking I am going to hijack one of these Pro Q's and customize it so I have my own.  Wonder what a Pink Pro Q would look like!!  Just kidding, Crash would fire me as his pit B!t@h!!!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
