I remembered I posted a how to awhile back, before I had the guru, but it still might be helpful.  it also includes  one of my smoked meat loaf recipes as a bonus. :D

Thanks KidCurry, AZWildcat and azkitchen. The cook was a success and got raves from all the guests. The cooker temps started climbing after midnight and after fiddling with it I taped the doors shut and that finally got the temps under control.  Other than that the controller worked perfect. This was my first successful cook with the ProQ and I could not have done it without your help. I got many positive comments about the smell making the guests hungry as they walked up to the door. Thank you

Awesome.  Glad it turned out good for you.   I love the smell of bbqed pork in the morning. :D
