Well men, it's done.
Saturday it was about a high of zero. I loaded up a very full basket of blue bag and a heaping Weber chimmney, minion method.
I did cut a box that surrounded about 80% of the smoker and put a lid on it.
The Maverick ET-73 said a high of 260 and a low of 218 over 8 hours. I added some more coal about 5 hours in.
BTW, the pork shoulder was a huge hit.
