Breaking in the new toy--Lots of PRON

Well I got my new Pro Q and thought I`d break it in with a couple fatties and some ribs (note to self don`t buy that brand of ribs just keep going to cash and carry they are way better). I got the temp up to about 230 and started closing the bottom vents and she held temp like a champ. Thanks Crash for the message about the ProQ I am sure I will be happy with it. Here are the pics to prove it happened, :D
