alright, I don't know how well it smokes yet.... but I know that it's good in the oven.
2 lbs ribs
1/2t ground black pepper
2T brown Sugar
2t salt
2T ground Allspice
applejuice
apple cider vinegar
throw the spices and sugar together and rub it into the ribs, wrap and let it sit in the rub for at least three hours. cook or smoke with alder wood over an apple juice apple cider vinegar drip pan until tender
or, if doing it in the oven, braise in a pint of apple juice, 1/4 cup butter in a tightly seals braisier or foil wrapping....
you house will smell like you are baking cookies, so be prepared... the result is fantastic.
