I tried this recipe last weekend doing a smoke. I did my regurlar pork butts but saved one for the Glaze. When I pulled it I mixed a little sauce with some boubon added. We had company over Wed. night, about 25. By far they said the Bourbon was the best they ever have had. Will make again.
