The guys that came up with that (and run that site) are friends of mine.  They have a book coming out in a couple months that has a lot more really good and similar recipes.  I've cooked a few that will be in the book and they're pretty good.  Let's just say the Mac & Cheese recipe that'll be in there makes the Bacon Explosion look like health food :)
