Nice! Looks like you're going to have some fun with that!

It will be nice to see that animal in action again. What's the next competition?
-
Nice Smitty !
-
Great stuff, Smitty.
-
Sweet...how'd it work for you? I had to return mine :( ...it wouldn't stay under 300 degrees with the sun hitting it.
-
Very cool, wouldn't mind having a Yoder in the arsenal!
-
Tom - we'll probably do Williams next. Taking it a little easier than last years competition schedule.
Brian - it works very well for me. I have had to run it a little lower on the digital temp control to get my desired cooking temp though. Just minor adjustments. I'm still playing around with her to see what all she can do.
I'm still thinking of a name for her. I sold the Pig Rig to Tom and Paul. I'm pretty sure the name transfers with ownership. :-*

Awesome smoker Smitty. I was eyeing one of those over at BBQ Island last weekend and they look to be incredibly well made.

The Yoder looks like a winner to me. I fell in love after seeing the two shelf model at BBQ Island and wish I wasn't already attached or I would have tried to take her home. Please tell me they cook like crap or find another fault to post so I can get that nice grill/smoker off my mind and keep peace with my bride, (FEC-100). I have never cheated in a relationship before but something about that Yoder gal that has me tingling and tossing in my sleep. I hope she works well for you, just don't tell me if she is as good as I think she is!

Smitty, does this mean when the beer kicks in at The comps. We have to listen to you YODER all night long.

I thought Yoder was short and green, with long ears.
I tried to resist, but it was feudal.
