Picked up a Memphis Advantage from BBQ Island. So far it's pretty sweet. Hopefully some food pics this weekend :)

The best part of a new grill is the first cook, hope you enjoy. The folks at BBQ Island rock, don't they?

anyone with experience baking cakes ? what is your opinion? Is convection commercial as good for cakes as it is with food dish items?

Convection is the best for most baking as the temperature is consistent in the entire oven.
