GO DaDDY websites are down and it is affecting numerous web pages, I looked at this site this morning and it was fine. I think its because of the national computer issue.

Mike, what a great event. Everything seem to go off with out a hitch. Looks like we have to come back to defend our title. Just hope gas is cheaper next year. That's a big hill to climb to Springerville.

Well, this is a little belated, but I wanted to thank everyone who helped me unload and set up and tear down and load up. Particularly Dan (Crazy Pig), Smitty (Loot N Booty), and Roberet (Glazed and Confused). Also thanks to Raul (Fire & Desire) for your help, too.
And Dan, thanks also for your advice and help during the cook. For once, the brisket wasn't overdone or underdone. :D
That was a great event, Mike & Mike.

You're welcome Mike P, nice job on your brisket walk too. Anytime you need help loading or unloading for a competition, don't hesitate to call, I live right down the street ( In the working mans area.... Not that swanky area you live in) :-\
-
Anytime Mike - I know we like to give each other $h!t with the ASU / UofA rivalry but it is all in fun and we all AZBBQ Brethren. Nice job on your Brisket!

Swanky??? I don't even have a paved driveway.
Thanks Smitty and Dan for the brisket compliments. I tried to replicate it this past weekend at the Tucson Homebrew Club's Oktoberfest Friday to Sunday) on Mt. Lemmon. Unfortunately, I did overcook it -- which means it was perfect for the beer folks. :D

Not sure what they may be tops in, since UA won the College world series, obviously has a MUCH better basketball team, and has a football team in the top 25, while ASU is ranked............What? Oh, yeah, not ranked, just rank. :D
