I might be doing the Sedona get your pig on BBQ comp this weekend and want to take the family. Anyone have a travel trailer/rv I can borrow/rent? If it is a travel trailer it needs to be able to be towed by a silverado 1500. Thanks!!

I did our first few comps without our 5th wheel (which we already owned). Decided to take the whole family to CA for 2 comps and take the tralier. Now WE can't go without it. Next thing you know Smitty, you'll be buying one!

We just got a new 5th wheel also. It made a big difference in Holbrook. The guys at Freedom RV in Tucson will take care of you when you are ready .

My only advice is two words..."Slide Out". No advice on brand, age or $$, but we ditched our non-slide out FAST and never looked back.

Be sure on the capabilities of the tow vehicle when you do.  That 1500 is most likely underpowered for anything over 22 feet or so, especially if you get any form of slide outs or toy hauler. 

Don't ask me how I know this, as my Expy was traded in for an excursion very quickly.
