Title: looking for a job

Well, I gave this a try before so let's see what happens.
I hold an Associates degree in Culinary Arts which has provided me the opportunity to gain knowledge in an industry that I am passionate for yet my previous administrative experience allows me to know the business side of the organization. The classes I took during my Associates program thoroughly taught me to source, price, and inventory food, equipment, and kitchenware's. We were responsible for ensuring that the 2 industrial kitchens were constantly stocked while managing cost control. I am extremely proficient in Excel which is the database I have used to manage cost control and during my past administrative jobs.
I also have a combined 5 years inventory control experience having worked for Lowes Home Improvement where I oversaw 3 departments and dealt directly with its inventory levels as well as scheduling. At Washington Mutual I oversaw the warehouse and its inventory of loan documents and files. I was also responsible for receiving new products and specialty items along with dealings in returns. When I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car I was responsible for vehicle procurement, maintenance, as well as rental vehicle registration and insurance. Lastly at Jackson Lake Lodge for the Grand Teton Lodge Company I was lead/assistant manager for the storeroom where we oversaw all food and non-food related items and were responsible for purchasing and cost transfers. Along with fulfilling orders and requests for product from 3 resorts, 5 campgrounds and a guest occupancy of over 3500 people I also helped to manage inventory levels on a monthly basis.
I have operated my own catering company and have done bbq for large events up to 150 people. I possess strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, the ability to learn numerous job duties, a professional demeanor, the ability to multi-task, working in a team, and a positive attitude.
