You just have to trust me on this -- great as a stand alone salad or on brauts

Sweet & Sour Kraut
2 lbs sauerkraut – washed
1 green pepper – sliced
1 medium onion – sliced
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup salad oil
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
Add vegetables to kraut ---
Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, and water – heat to melt sugar, pour mixture over kraut and marinate overnight.
This one will surprise you.
