Robbie's Copycats

What's fun is to try to reverse engineering of recipes and Robbie's has some pretty close including the Tortilla Soup from Max n Erma's (Ohio, Robbie is from Dayton) and the White Castle Slyder recipe...BTW our dogs didn't like some of the homemade treats, maybe your will..

Cool site! Thanks for posting.

I've only eaten White Castle's in their frozen form and nearly gagged. I think the reconstituted onions remind me of my mother forcing me to eat liver & onions before I developed a taste for it. :-X :-\

They're very distinct. I have used the baby food which is what I was told they use too and it's really close but I use fresh onion with no water for steam.... Not sure if the baby food has the laxative in it hence the term Slyder. I would eat 5-6 burgers then wait 4 hrs..like eating 2 bran muffins.
