 :D Been wanting to try this recipe for a while...the family is out of town this weekend and we are bored and lonely  ;)... needed the comfort food. Who doesn't love mac n chez?

I got a batch made up, waiting to be baked.  It goes with the 2 butts, 2 briskets, 9 racks of ribs, smoke fried wings, BBQ Beans and Potato Salad for my sons Football B day party. 

The Mac and Cheese looks great.
