We made Beef Crust Big Mac 'n' Cheese tonight. I left out the diced tomato, but used 2 zucchini. First of all, get a BIG bowl to mix it in. Second of all, make this after a 3 day fast. Cuz you will eat a bunch of it. Everybody had seconds.
I will not break the 200 lb mark this week. <BURP> It's your fault, Martin. And thank you. I must go back for thirds. There is some left over...Pics as soon as I get them developed. (That's a joke.) As soon as I stick the memory card in the computer.

Here are the casseroles ready to bake.

Family is fed...OK, We've started.

The next victim awaits.
This one is 1/3 gone now, too.

This is yummy. I want to try Dean's as a side dish to this. Bring on Sparky, my home Defibrillator.

It tasted healthy!! We went through it like piranhas through a cow. I got close to 200, and something in me snapped. I started piggin' out!! So, no. Not Chef Martin's fault. Just contributing factor. And thanks again for it!
