Do you have any family favorites to share? In my family, it is combining 1/4 carrots with 3/4 potatoes to boil and mash. Really delicious and nice color, too!

You're welcome, Crash. One thing. Cut your carrots into slightly smaller pieces than the potatoes so they both cook in the same time. Being in Hawaii, here's something else you might want to try. My mother would sometimes put diced linguica in her dressing.
